Have you ever wanted to fight like a medieval Knight?  Historical European Martial Arts (HEMA) is the study and recreation of medieval fighting systems from surviving books and manuscripts.  This class will teach you the fundamentals of fencing with a longsword.  We will cover everything from foot work, to advanced techniques and strategies.  The class will have two halves; the first half being dedicated to drilling and learning new techniques, the second half will be open floor space for free play, or to practice your skills.Required equipment for partnered drills:350N Fencing MaskRecommended:  Feder (practice longsword) and hand protection.  Contact instructor for recommendations

Cardio Barre Fusion is a total body workout utilizing body weight to strengthen, improve coordination, balance, and flexibility. A complete workout designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you sculpt, tone & lengthen your muscles from head to toe. Inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga elements, Cardio Barre Fusion provides a low-impact, high-energy workout for all fitness levels. Fire up your core & torch calories! Bring a mat, water, and a positive attitude!HIIT Boot CampBoot camp sessions intergrate the four main training essentials to maximize results- Cardio, Core, Strength and Flexibility. HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) targets all body parts at once though dynamic movement utilizing timed intervals (exp. 40 seconds active work, 20 seconds est). Then this class is for you! Every body can do Yoga using chairs for sitting and standing: individuals who need to support for balance and safety; individuals recovering from illness or injury or have problems with knees and hips; or for anyone interested in learning more ways to improve balance, strength, and flexibility. This fun class offers a balanced approach for strength and flexibility, breath work and meditation. And we do serious work, always adapted to the needs of each person.
