Cardio Barre Fusion is a total body workout utilizing body weight to strengthen, improve coordination, balance, and flexibility. A complete workout designed to increase your cardiovascular strength while helping you sculpt, tone & lengthen your muscles from head to toe. Inspired by ballet, pilates, and yoga elements, Cardio Barre Fusion provides a low-impact, high-energy workout for all fitness levels. Fire up your core & torch calories! Bring a mat, water, and a positive attitude!
HIIT Boot Camp
Boot camp sessions intergrate the four main training essentials to maximize results- Cardio, Core, Strength and Flexibility. HIIT training (High Intensity Interval Training) targets all body parts at once though dynamic movement utilizing timed intervals (exp. 40 seconds active work, 20 seconds est). Be prepared to sweat and have fun doing it! Bring light to medium dumbbells, mat, and water. Class may be held outside, weather permitting.
