Cross Country / Track and Field Camp
This camp will be conducted by head cross country and outdoor track coach, Tim Strong. The camp will focus on running techniques, breathing, and correct running form. This is a great camp to get into before the start of the middle school cross country season. You will get into good shape and be able to come up with a running plan that works according to you. The camp will also have some fun cross country team games, awards, and a meet to end the season.
