Flexibility for Tension Release

Traditional stretching techniques incorporating basic yoga postures and athletic stretching to promote flexibility and improve range of motion.  Foam rollers will be used to provide muscle tension release.  Light warm-up included.  Please bring to class a foam roller (available at most stores), mat, towel and water.
