Cardio Kickboxing and Strength Training 
Cardio kickboxing that combines strength training, boot camp styles drills, Tabata methods, and traditional basic training exercises. Melt off the calories and have fun doing it! Please bring to class 3-5 lb. weights or dumbbells, mat, towel and water.
