Legos
EXCEPTIONAL YOUTH EDUCATION SERVICES
This company will be teaching the S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) Lego Camps.  Please note that children will NOT be able to keep any LEGO® materials.  All materials used are the property of E.Y.E.S. and cannot be sold or distributed.  Children will have the opportunity to work with and bring home evidence-based lab sheets to share with family to continue the learning process outside of camp.

BUILDING UP S.T.E.A.M. USING LEGO®
Children are working independently and cooperatively as they begin to explore simple machines using LEGO® early childhood materials. Your child will have the opportunity to work with and bring home evidence-based lab sheets to share with family to continue the learning process outside of camp. Projects may include spin tops, motorcycles, and hockey players.
S.T.E.A.M. WORKS USING LEGO®
Children are working with standard LEGO® materials to problem solve pre-engineering challenges involving structure, levers, gears, pulleys, and other elements of simple machines. Your child will have the opportunity to work with and bring home evidence-based lab sheets to share with family to continue the learning process outside of camp. Projects may include drawbridges, flywheel cars, and amusement park rides.
