Kripalu Yoga with Emmy Marquardt - RYT200
Kripalu yoga supports students to honor their own abilities through breath and movement while being guided safely through postures to avoid risk of injury.
STRETCH, BALANCE AND UNWIND YOGA
This gentle class is suitable for all levels from beginners to experienced yoga students. This class will encourage your body to relax into gentle stretching and movement, improve balance, promote relaxation and release tensions stored in the body. Practice includes seated and standing postures, breath awareness, meditation and ends with deep relaxation sending you home feeling relaxed and renewed.
REQUIRED: Yoga mat, 6-8 foot strap, block and blankets
SUGGESTED: additional blankets, pillows, socks, eye coverings, water bottle.
